Application

• 1. For best results, start by exfoliating skin with the SELF Exfoliating Glove.
• 2. Once skin is clean and dry, shake the Bronzing Foam well, apply onto the SELF Tanning Mitt and then spread evenly in long, sweeping motions.
• 3. For a perfect, streak free tan start with your legs and work up the body, use sparingly on elbows and knees before finishing with the SELF Back Applicator.
• 4. Once desired colour depth is achieved, rinse off residual tan in lukewarm water and pat dry. (Do not use soaps, scrubs, or shampoos.)

• • To extend the life of the tan moisturise with the SELF Gradual Tanning Body Butter or Nourishing Tanning Oil.
• • Avoid applying product directly over the elbows, knees, hands and feet and instead use excess product from Tanning Mitt to lightly sweep over the area.
• • Avoid shaving immediately before application for an even finish.
• • Use within 6 months of opening.
• • Always replace the cap when not in use.
